By listing a property or room on MyRoomiz, you affirm that you are either the rightful owner, authorized agent, or have legitimate permission to rent, lease, or sell the property. False or misleading listings will result in account suspension or permanent ban, and legal action may be pursued where necessary.
All users must provide valid identification (e.g., government-issued ID, school ID, or license) for verification. This helps ensure the platform remains safe and secure for all members. Providing false information will lead to account removal.
Registered agents are expected to uphold professional conduct, post accurate listings, respond to inquiries promptly, and adhere to all applicable real estate laws. Agents failing to comply risk losing their verified status or being banned.
Shortlet bookings must be paid for through the MyRoomiz platform. Payments are processed securely, and in some cases, held in escrow until confirmation of check-in. Any refunds, cancellations, or disputes are governed by the booking policy.
Listings must include accurate descriptions, truthful pricing, and current availability. Property photos or videos must be original or authorized. Listings that mislead or violate local laws will be removed without notice.

By uploading photos, videos, or descriptions, you grant MyRoomiz a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote this content within the platform for marketing or operational purposes. You retain ownership of your content.
Users must engage respectfully and truthfully on the platform. Threats, scams, discriminatory behavior, or abusive conduct will result in permanent account suspension and possible reporting to legal authorities.
MyRoomiz may modify or discontinue any feature at any time. While we aim to maintain uninterrupted service, we are not liable for temporary downtimes, bugs, or platform changes. Continued use indicates agreement with the latest terms.
MyRoomiz is a facilitator and is not a party to rental or sale agreements. In the event of disputes between users, we will assist in communication and mediation but are not liable for losses, damages, or misrepresentations made by other users.
MyRoomiz reserves the right to suspend or delete any user account that violates these Terms and Conditions, harms the platform, or engages in fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive behavior, with or without prior notice.
